Growing and planting of 71,000 eco-sourced native trees and shrubs around the newly constructed East Tamaki Connection
Supply and spread of 8300m3 woodchip mulch to planted area
24 month maintenance contract
Plants eco-sourced by Naturally Native and grown to be acclimatised to local environmental conditions
Weed growth was sprayed with glyphosate before areas were planted
A strict fertiliser regime was implemented after the first year of weed control
