- Design and Construct
- 6km, four lane SH18 motorway extension through Hobsonville
- 3km, four lane SH16 motorway extension to Brigham Creek Rd
- Interchange Bridges at Westgate, Trig Rd, Brigham Creek Rd (north & south) and Buckley Ave
- Bridge at Totara Creek
- one flyover at Westgate to connect SH16 to the new SH18
- one cable-stay pedestrian footbridge at Clarks Lane
- four new roundabouts along Bringham Creek Rd
- 1.4 million cubic metres of earthworks
- 300,000m2 of pavement construction
