HEB Construction has a skilled and highly experienced National Projects Team which manages and delivers a diverse variety of contracts.
These contracts are defined as those which are of a size and complexity that place them outside our normal branch operation.
They are generally multi-disciplinary and require the establishment of a separate project based management team.
Procurement models include Design and Construct (D & C), and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI). On these contracts we work closely with our design consultants to integrate constructability into the technical design, in this way adding value to the final project delivery.
